SALES

ALL items purchased on sale are sold ‘as is’ and are considered final.  Cash/check only.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

ALL items must be returned UNWORN, in original condition, tags intact, and within original packaging (if applicable). 

Refunds will be tendered in the same manner the original payment.

NON-SALE items will be accepted after 7 days and items may only be returned for UP TO 14 days for a store credit only.

Any item sold at a discount or for sale is final.  No returns, adjustments or exchanges.

CLOTHING, HANDBAGS, & ACCESSORIES:

Must be returned within seven (7) days of the original purchase.

JEWELRY:

Must be returned within three (3) days of the original purchase.

Bespoke Jewelry

  • May NOT be returned or exchanged
  • Require an upfront 60% deposit at time of order.
  • Take approximately 3-4 weeks to create and produce.

Modifications

  • Limited to existing pieces in store and in stock.
  • Once modified may NOT be returned.
  • Must be PAID IN FULL prior to start of work.

Repair

  • We will gladly repair jewelry at a reasonable price.
  • To receive an estimate, please bring your jewelry to our store location in Livingston, NJ.

Care & Cleaning

  • Limited to existing pieces in store and in stock.
  • Tarnish and a loss of optimal condition is normal and expected to occur over time.
  • Wearing your jewelry while bathing or swimming is not recommended.
  • Put makeup, moisturizers and other assorted beauty products on before wearing any jewelry pieces.

Pickup

  • We will notify you via email, phone, or text when your piece is completed and ready for pickup.

Rush Orders

We will happily process ‘rush orders’ (except at Christmas/Holiday times).

All Rush Orders will incur a ‘rush’ fee starting at 25$.
